  I come to the bank more than 3xs per week which in some cases have to close my business to turn in deposits or get change. The merchant line is never open and occasionally I have to wait 7 people ahead of me just to get change. I have spoken to the manager and said there was nothing she could do. Iv banked with smaller branches and never saw an issue with merchant lines. This bank deserves a -4 stars!
