  This Sephora has the worst customer service. I've had to wait several times for assistance, only to feel like I'm bothering them. And I almost always have to wait for someone to show up at the Benefit Beauty Bar. Once, I was told I would have to wait 15 mins for wax services because the person hadn't arrived yet. I wait for 30 mins and then find out they had someone else in the chair being helped! No one acknowledged me and avoided me because they knew they screwed me. I go here because I like the products.

  Danny is AMAZING she's so sweet...I went in to find a new BB cream described what I was looking for in a product and 10 minutes later...I'm all set!. She was really knowledgeable about all the products, shades, ingredients and what they do...Love that!
