  Refuses to take a brand new electric cart for a refund when my father passed. Cart was 1 month old with the tags still on. The salesperson took advantage of my father who had dementia and sold him a cart when he already owned 2. Elderly people with dementia exhibit poor judgement and reasoning and get easily swayed with big purchases.
