  These folks are some of the worst sales associates I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They charge extra for shoes the you can get anywhere else at cheaper prices. They are not customer friendly in anyway. They came off very rude. Once i walked out of there, I knew I would never be coming in there again. I even wanted a job there before I saw how the service was.
