  The rooms and views were great. My mattress was soft and lumpy though. Food and drink options in the hotel were ok. Didn't play golf but the courses looked nice. Too many kids

  Great facility for kids and nice clean rooms. Had delays checking in, which happens, but was quite displeased by lack of proactive communication by the staff about the delay and what would be fine about it. Plus, was told by managers that they give priority to the timeshare guests over the hotel guests...which was particularly upsetting.
