  This guys contractors license is SUSPENDED! I had some bees in my roof. I'm a contractor. Called Lance Davis and got a ridiculous high quote. He claimed to be a master beekeeper, looked on the Internet, no such thing. Lance claimed to be a Contractor, his name is connected to a expired license. He gave me this KB Live Removal license number, he does not have a sales license for this business. He is no contractor and his salesmanship is like a "TimeShare Salesman", he is desperate, arrogant and unlicensed. Lance thinks he is the only bee keeper in California, he thinks he invented killer bees, he talks crap about all the other companies. The only thing I found on Lance is domestic violence charges and child support lawsuits.
